Having gained her skills in the UK and across the GCC she takes a very down to earth and human approach to HR, understanding the importance of both the employee and the employer in the relationship. Her ability to consider both sides of the relationship and provide accurate, relatable, business savvy guidance has often gained her the compliment of ‘not a normal HR person’. With a Diploma in Hotel Management, and CIPD qualification Sarah is currently completing an MBA in HR.
